Lipton tea consumer game

“Lipton Roads Consumer Game” is a Consumer Game taking place from 01.04-08.05.2025, organized by OG Elektra AS, registry code 10054238 (location: Tobia village, Rakvere parish 44416, Lääne-Virumaa, hereinafter the Consumer Game Organizer) in cooperation with MOBEC AS, registry code 10048462, location Kurekivi tee 2 Lehmja village, Rae parish, 75306 Harjumaa, e-mail: mobec@mobec.ee, phone 51990159 (hereinafter the campaign Subscriber).
The procedure for conducting the Consumer Game is established by the Organizer in these rules. All decisions of the Organizer regarding the conduct of the Consumer Game are final and binding on all participants in the Consumer Game.

To participate in the Consumer Game, you must purchase at least one Lipton product participating in the Consumer Game and register the purchase receipt at: https://grossitoidukaubad.ee/en/consumer-games/ and keep the registered purchase receipt – prizes will be issued based on the purchase receipt.

Persons who purchase Consumer Game products at Consumer Game locations during the campaign period and register their purchase on the Grossi Toidukaubad website https://grossitoidukaubad.ee/en/consumer-games/ , agree that the Consumer Game Organizer and the Subscriber will use the data only to contact the winners of this Consumer Game. Personal data will only be used within the framework of the Consumer Game and will be deleted no later than June 30, 2025.

Persons aged 16 and over can participate in the Consumer Game.

7. The Consumer Game prizes are:

2x Smeg kettle in the 50s style

20x Gift bags with Lipton products

The draw will take place on 09.05.2025. The names of the winners will be published on the https://grossitoidukaubad.ee/en/consumer-games/ page no later than 5 working days after the draw. The winners who have registered their purchase receipt and indicated their contact details will be contacted using the contacts provided by the Customer and detailed instructions will be provided on how to receive the prize.
Prizes will be awarded to winners until June 30, 2025. Prizes will be awarded on weekdays at Kurekivi tee 2 Lehmja küla, Rae parish, 75306 Harjumaa from 10:00 to 16:00, at a time agreed in advance by phone at +372 53 039226 or by e-mail at maarja-liisa.peebo@mobec.ee, or by special agreement with the winner.
Upon receiving the prize, the participant in the Consumer Game must present an identity document (passport, driver’s license, ID card) and a registered purchase receipt to identify themselves.

If the winner has not been contacted before June 30, 2025, the organizer of the Consumer Game and the Customer have the right not to award the prize.

Prizes won by the participants in the Consumer Game during the Consumer Game will not be replaced with another type of prize or paid out in cash at the winner’s request.

In the event of a Consumer Game participant’s failure to comply with the terms and conditions of organizing the Consumer Game or submitting incorrect or inaccurate data to the Consumer Game Orderer, as well as in the event of other failures (if the Consumer Game Orderer fails to contact the winner at the e-mail address provided by him or her or if the winner has not viewed the list of winners on the grossitoidukaubad.ee website), which is not due to the fault of the Consumer Game Organizer, the Consumer Game Orderer is not liable for the failure to deliver the prize to the Consumer Game participants.

The state taxes related to the transfer of the prize to the winner shall be paid by the Orderer in accordance with the procedure and within the deadlines provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

In the event of force majeure circumstances, the Organizer has the unilateral right to interrupt the Consumer Game and not draw the prize and/or not deliver the prize to the winner, immediately notifying the Consumer Game participants thereof via the media.

Winning the Consumer Game prize is excluded by persons involved in the organization of the Consumer Game.

All disputes arising from the Consumer Game will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

All claims regarding the products participating in the Consumer Game and/or the prizes in the Consumer Game must be sent in writing to the address registry code 10048462, address Kurekivi tee 2 Lehmja village, Rae parish, 75306 Harju County, e-mail: mobec@mobec.ee, phone 51990159. Received claims will be responded to within 30 days. Mobec OÜ is responsible for the delivery of products and securing prizes.

All claims regarding the conduct and organization of the Consumer Game must be sent in writing to the address Tobia village, Rakvere parish 44416, Lääne-Virumaa, info@ogelektra.ee or by phone +372 3223560. Received claims will be responded to within 30 days.
