Collection system
With a loyalty card, a percentage of the purchase amount is collected on the purchase, according to the value of the shopping cart. The corresponding % of the purchase amount is collected as a bonus on the loyalty card account, i.e. 1 bonus is worth €1, so the % collected as a bonus has a monetary value.
- From a purchase of €2 up to €14.99, 1% of the purchase amount will be collected.
- From €15 up to €24.99, 1.5% of the purchase amount will be collected.
- For purchases of €25 or more, 2% of the purchase amount will be collected.
- When using the Customer Card, the bonus amount collected for the customer is shown on the purchase receipt.
- The bonus will be credited to the Customer Card Account only if the cardholder purchases goods with a minimum purchase amount of €2.
- The bonus is calculated on the final cost of the purchase, minus any products* not covered by the collection scheme and the part paid with the bonus.
* The loyalty card bonus does not apply to the following products: cigarette products, alcohol, calling cards, lottery tickets, panditaara, bus tickets, gift cards.
Paying for a bonus purchase
No additional bonus is given when paying for a purchase with a bonus, i.e. if the customer uses the bonus collected when paying for the purchase, the part of the purchase amount paid by the customer in cash or by card will be counted as a new bonus.
The bonus can be used as a means of payment as much as the bonus balance on the Customer’s card account, but not more than 90% of the future purchase amount.
NT: If the accumulated bonus balance is worth €10 and the value of the shopping cart is also €10, the bonus can be paid to the value of €9 and €1 must be paid in cash or by card.
Validity of the bonus
Bonuses accrued to the customer account will start the day after the purchase.
The bonus is accrued for six months and can be used for six + one month. The accumulation periods and expiry dates are fixed by calendar year and there are two of them:
1. There are two types of bonus: 1. for purchases made in January, February, March, April, May, June, the bonus is collected until 30 June and can be used until 31 July;
2. for purchases made in July, August, September, October, November and December, the bonus is collected until 31 December and can be used until 31 January.
After the expiry date, the bonus balance will be cancelled and will not be compensated.
If necessary, each customer can ask for a statement of the history of the vouchers (collections and realisations) at the cash desks of the shops.
