The Grossi Grocery gift card can be used as a means of payment in all 80 Grossi Grocery stores for both food and grocery purchases. Consequently, the gift card is also ideal as a present. On sale at all Grossi Grocery checkouts, where they will be activated for 12 months at the time of purchase.

The gift voucher can be used for the full amount indicated on the gift voucher. If the purchase amount exceeds the amount on the gift card, you can pay the remaining amount in cash, by bank card or with bonus points. If the amount on the Gift Voucher does not go to zero, the remaining money will not be refunded.

Terms and conditions of the Grossi Grocery Gift Card

The Grossi Grocery Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as the Gift Card) is a means of payment that enables customers to pay for their purchases in Grossi Grocery stores.
Gift cards are available in denominations of €5, €10, €20 or €30.
Gift vouchers can be purchased in all Grossi Food Stores.
The gift card will be activated at the checkout after full payment of its face value. A non-activated Gift Voucher has no value.
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The unused amount on the gift card can no longer be used. Also, the unused amount is not refundable in any way.
The gift voucher can be used as a means of payment up to the value indicated on the gift voucher. The customer can use the Gift Voucher once.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to pay for a new Gift Card.
Grossi Grocery customer does not accumulate any bonus points on the loyalty card when purchasing a gift card. When paying for a purchase with a Gift Card and registering a Client Card, the Client will accumulate bonus points from the purchase amount in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonus scheme. Grossi Grocery will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the Gift Card falling into the hands of a third party. The amount used by third parties will not be refundable to the Gift Card purchaser or the authorised user of the Gift Card.
A Gift Card with a damaged barcode and/or activation code will not be replaced and the amount on the Gift Card will not be refundable.
